The I've Got Some News for You Sandwich

You know that thing people do where they wrap not-so-fun news between two slices of good news? Like a “good news, bad news, great news” sandwich? Well, I’ve got one of those for you — but with a little more spice and a bunch of gratitude.

Let’s start with the top bun: Ava Air is celebrating 10 years in business! Can you believe it? It’s been a whole decade of helping our amazing customers stay cool in the summer, warm in the winter, and breathe easy all year long. Some of you have even been with us from the very beginning — and we thank you for trusting us, recommending us, and letting us into your homes (and crawlspaces!). These past 10 years have flown by, and we’re still just getting started. I’ll be around for many years to come, and I’m already excited for what’s next.


Now, here’s the filling — not bad news, per se … let’s call it “meh news.” Due to rising costs across the board (we’re talking parts, tires, insurance — even the coffee I sip between calls), we’ll be implementing a small increase in repair prices. Trust me, we’ve resisted this for as long as possible. I’ve been trying to duck it like a dodgeball, but it’s become unavoidable. I know no one loves hearing about price hikes — especially not from their HVAC guy — but I have something really good to go with it.


Here’s the bottom bun: an extended part warranty for our loyal maintenance customers! Here’s how it works: If we replace a part (not a coil) on your system — like a capacitor, contactor, relay, or motor — and you stay current with your maintenance visits, we’ll continue to cover that part until your system reaches the end of its run. We’re not saying “lifetime warranty” because, hey, we’re not immortal, but it’s a significant upgrade from the typical 30-day or 1-year guarantee. This kind of coverage just makes sense — and the numbers back it up. People who keep up with maintenance rarely have stressful, middle-of-the-night breakdowns. You take care of your system, and we’ll take care of you. To keep your warranty, just keep your maintenance up to date! That’s all we ask! \


So, there you have it: a decade of Ava Air, a small bump in pricing, and a big win for maintenance customers. It’s our version of the “I’ve Got Some News for You” sandwich.
