Our Team is the Passion Behind Our Work!

We love what we do!

The holiday decorations have begun to come down, the new year has already been rung in, and we are returning to normalcy and routine. We’re ready for whatever 2023 has to offer. I recently watched a speech by Arnold Schwarzenegger, and a statistic he mentioned intrigued me. He stated that 26% of Americans enjoy going to their job every day, and that means that 74% of folks are unhappy with what they do for a living. I find that sad and heartbreaking.  Instantly, my thoughts turned to AvaAir. If you're reading this, you were referred to us by

someone because we don’t go out and advertise. Someone somewhere appreciated the work that we do and mentioned our name. Our quality of service is based mainly upon the passion behind our work. We genuinely love what we do, and when I’m looking to bring on new team members, that passion is what I’m searching for.

With a new year upon us, I’ve reflected on 2022. It was another challenging year for all of us as we’ve continued navigating the global pandemic's effects. We avoided many cost increases to prevent from passing those along to our customers. We will always do everything in our power to remain fair and honest.

In the new year, I’m planning on welcoming a few new faces to our team. We aren’t a large company, and we plan to remain small to hold onto that boutique and personal feel. But with my plans for AvaAir in the new year, we need a few more boots on the ground. I want to offer more preventative measures and maintenance for our customers. We have found that clients who have regular maintenance and inspections done have little to no complications or breakdowns in

the heart of winter. Heading into the summer months, they are problem-free.

After all, as the old saying goes, proactivity is better than reactivity. Thus, we will be reaching out to each of you to schedule check-ups, and if you find that a new face is greeting you at the door, I assure you that you can trust them. We look forward to growing with you!

Finally, I’d like to mention something I never thought I’d have to ask you, my valued customers, not to do. If you purchase a home or an investment property, please do not remove all of the ductwork, no matter how old or aged the house is. Yanking everything out creates more problems than it solves and can be costly and time-consuming! Imagine if you called a plumber after removing all of your pipes in the home and asked him to replumb it — it’d likely cost an

arm and a leg!

As we make headway in 2023, my hope for each of you is to set a goal that focuses on improving yourself, whether it is to eat a more balanced diet, incorporate more movement in your day, or read a book every couple of weeks. No matter how busy we get, there is always time to focus on ourselves — it’s just a matter of harnessing the opportunity. Happy New Year!
